What does ordering from Tribe Standard mean?
When you order from Tribe Standard, you’re not merely buying a t-shirt — you’re enrolling yourself in a tribe of people who have put in the effort to achieve something meaningful and are proud of it.
When you place an order, your name becomes part of the cohort. Every member of the tribe carries the names of fellow members on their back — a shared mark of effort, discipline, and achievement.
Each tribe has a fixed enrollment of 100 members, which also means only 100 t-shirts are ever produced for that tribe.
Once a tribe is complete, enrollment closes and the cohort becomes part of the Tribe Standard record.
How does the customization work?
You have the option to add your name to the right sleeve of the tee. If you choose to leave it blank, no name will be printed on the sleeve.
However, every member of the tribe - anyone who purchases the tee for that particular cohort - will have their name included in the grid on the back.
What is the return policy?
As each item is customized for the tribe member, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive a product with a quality defect, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
When will I get my order?
Each tribe is open for enrollment for a limited time. Enrollment closes once the tribe reaches capacity or 10 days after opening, whichever occurs first.
Once enrollment closes, the packaging and shipping process takes 3–5 days. You will be kept informed throughout the process, and we will ensure your tee reaches you at the earliest possible time.
Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases are considered final sale. If you need to change the delivery address or edit any customized fields, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
